This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, has strong horticultural knowledge and enjoys leading a team. You’ll oversee a small team while carrying out high-quality garden maintenance across a range of private and commercial gardens throughout West London. The Role Lead and support a small garden maintenance team Carry out high-quality lawn care, hedge cutting, pruning and planting Complete weeding and general garden maintenance Safely operate professional gardening machinery and equipment Plan and manage daily workloads Ensure consistently high standards of workmanship Communicate professionally and positively with clients Support, train and motivate team members Work hands-on and lead by example About You We’re looking for someone who has: Previous professional garden maintenance experience Experience leading or supervising a team Good horticultural knowledge and practical skills A reliable, organised and professional approach The ability to work independently and take responsibility Strong attention to detail and pride in their work A full UK driving licence — essential Horticultural qualifications, PA1/PA6 and additional machinery qualifications are advantageous but not essential. • Strong attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence — essential
