You will manage a section of the gardens — for example the mixed borders or walled garden — supervising volunteers and trainees and contributing to the wider horticultural programme.

Requirements
- RHS Level 3 or equivalent
- Experience managing garden areas
- Comfortable working with the public
- Driving licence desirable
