About the role
A structured apprenticeship combining on-the-job training in the gardens with college study towards a recognised horticulture qualification. You will work alongside experienced gardeners across all areas of the gardens.
Responsibilities
- Assist gardeners with daily maintenance
- Learn propagation, pruning and planting
- Attend college one day per week
- Build a portfolio of skills
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for gardening and the outdoors
- Willingness to study towards a qualification
- Good team player
- No prior experience required
