About the role
Oversee the day-to-day running of our growing lines, from propagation through to dispatch, leading a small team of nursery staff.
Responsibilities
- Plan propagation and growing schedules
- Supervise watering, feeding and pest control
- Manage stock and dispatch for trade orders
- Lead and train nursery staff
Requirements
- Experience in commercial plant production
- PA1 pesticide ticket desirable
- Organised and hands-on
- Driving licence
